Weekly Online Zoom Psychotherapy - 50 minutes
Online therapy means you aren’t limited to the therapists in your local area. I work with people all over the country and Europe. Zoom sessions are a great resource that fit seamless in with your schedule and are very easy to set up. If you are looking for confidential professional support to help you through difficult times but need flexibility and the convenience of having therapy in your own private space - Zoom sessions could be perfect for you. Clients feedback noticing a difference in themselves and their perspective on issues in 6-10 sessions.
Research shows that online therapy interventions are mostly as effective as in person work.
Face to Face Sessions
Face to face sessions are now available from a private and peaceful location in West Hampstead. These sessions are on Monday afternoon - evening only. For many people after so much ‘online life’ during the pandemic years being in the room, working together with a therapist is what they want and need. In person work may be more suitable to your needs and this is something we can discuss in our initial consultation.

£85 per 50 minute session

My cancellation policy is 1 week.
I am a registered AXA PPP and Aviva therapist- use your cover.

All sessions must be paid by BACS prior to EACH session.
The session fee is frequently reviewed and may change. Notice of a change to the cost of your sessions will be given with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.
20 % of my practice is for lower fee clients. Please enquire for availability. (These slots are currently full)
